One Month Down

I can't believe! We made it through our first month of homeschooling! We are still trying to figure things out and hopefully we will get a better routine down but we are getting everything thing done even if it may take us all day or we may even have to do a few things on the weekend.
 Elliot had already completed a full book from his phonics program that he does online. Normally only about three books are completed a year but it looks like he may complete more than that.

  one of our science projects was to smell different ingredients and  talk about what we would  use them for. Elliot's favorite smell was vanilla extract, he had to keep it by him the rest of the time to smell it, notice in the next picture it is sitting on the desk

     After story time he had to write down a word to explain how he was feeling, he chose happy.

           Here he is with his fresh hair cut done by me:) Thank you youtube for teaching me how to cut boys hair with clippers and scissors. Hopefully with a little more practice Jeremiah will let me cut his too!
